This is an artist's apartment, not just your regular vacation rental! Please, be respectful of the collectible furniture and the original artwork - including the light blue foam wall, which is by Rudolf Stingel, who just had a one man show at the Whitney Museum!!

US$ 325. per night or $1,950. per week (>=7nights @ $275/nt) for 2 people (3rd and 4th person $20/nt) - $300 damage deposit, returned after departure! Minimum stay is 3 days. For stays shorter than 5 days, there is an additional cleaning fee of $90. Calculate your total!
