'Our stay was swell. Great location, clean and loved the bed. An electric coffee maker would have made us big coffee drinkers happier and a dresser to put our clothes away would have been great. We would go back. Thanks. Michelle & Mark'

Heather Blackmon from Marietta, GA, USA; November 2008:
'Wonderful location - convenient to central park and subway, but very quiet location. Slept with the window open and didn't hear a thing! '

Shannon Mally from San Francisco, USA; September 2008:
'Michael and Cristina, Thank you so much for opening up your home to us during our first visit to NYC! The apartment was great. We couldn't have asked for a better location. It is close to several markets and only a couple blocks from the subways. There's no better way to expereince New York than to stay in an apartment and live like a real New Yorker for a few days. We look forward to our next trip to New York and would not hesitate to stay with you again if the apartment is available. Thanks again! Shannon and Matt'

Chris Lackey from Calgary, Canada; August 2008:
'This is a comfortable, quiet studio apartment in a secure building. The location is very convenient, just off Broadway and near the 72nd st. subway station, which is a stop for express and local trains on the 1,2,3 line. This makes it easy to get anywhere in NYC quickly. There are many fine bars, restaurants, and retail stores in the upscale surrounding area. Central park and the Museum of Natural History are less than a 10 minute walk East. A well-stocked market open till 1am is also 1 minute away. We would definitely stay here again. Chris & Mel'

Hi Michael, We want to thank you for everything and for helping make our stay in NYC an unforgettable time. We may come back soon and definitely recommend W 75th to friends. Best regards, Edwaldo & Marcia Batista

Larry from San Francisco, November 2007:
I'm back in California and before doing anything else just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed staying at West 75th Street. It was a delightful experience in spite of the problem with the door on the day of my arrival. I was very impressed at how quickly Javier and Cristina responded and dear Cristina came by the next day after I called saying it was still not working. She fixed it! She's a treasure.
I truly did feel like I had moved back to the UWS and would do so in a flash if a number of things would change in my life right now but, I'll save all that "for the book."
Once again, a sincere "Thank you" for providing a simple but elegant living space for my all too brief stay. I would not hesitate to recommend your service to anyone I know who is planning a trip to NYC.

Alphonse from New Orleans, August 2007:
"Loved the apartment and location! Exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. I will always rent it when I visit New York. If it is available of course. And no waiting for the deposit back."

Yanira from Florida, June 2007:
"I stayed in NY for a full week. Sunday to Sunday.
My stay was Fantastic.. Could not ask for a better location and price. The walking distance to Riverside Park and Central Park are PRICELESS!
I love being close to everything, the bus stops, the subway, the shops, you name it. Check the KRUPS ice cream (I hope I spelled it correctly). Long line but really worth the wait.
Overall, I love it. I will highly recommend to a friend.
You will see me again in the Fall!
Thanks Michael!"
