This is an artist's apartment, not just your regular vacation rental! Please, be respectful of the collectible furniture and the original artwork - including the light blue foam wall, which is by Rudolf Stingel, who just had a one man show at the Whitney Museum!!

US$ 295. per night or $1,755. per week (>=7nights @ $250/nt) - $150 damage deposit, returned after departure! Minimum stay is 3 days. For stays shorter than 5 days, there is an additional cleaning fee of $80. Calculate your total!

'The apartment is perfectly positioned but we found a small collection of disgusting items on the ledge outside the bathroom window (an old bandaid, a clump of hair from a plughole etc). There were no instructions, kitchen towel, salt, etc etc. A well equipped kitchen in terms of equipment is not much use if as a visitor one has to fully stock the kitchen from scratch.'

The only thing they mentioned that would have improved their stay at the place was this: a different curtain. They failed to get the bedroom dark enough to block street light with the one provided. Everything else was absolutely wonderful. And thank you for having such a well-organized website, with photos and video even, and a very straightforward method for checking availability, booking, and paying. It was leagues beyond other places I found on the web in the same price range. Thank you!"
